Cancellation & Refund Policy for Registration

- Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the conference secretariat
- On or before 24 March 2008 - 50% of the fees will be refunded
- On or after 25 March 2008 - No refund will be possible.

Payment of fees can be made in US$ and may be paid either by telegraphic transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open at the conference venue – DICEC– from 13 to 16 April 2008 from 08.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs.
