The transfer schedule will be provided to you upon arrival. Please note that transportation will not be offered to guests who have arranged their own accommodation directly, and not using the Conference Secretariat. If you stay longer in Dubai, it is useful to know that taxis in Dubai are easily available. They are metered and are a popular and inexpensive way to get around Dubai. Hiring a car is also easy as European and international driving licences are accepted by most car-hire companies.
